So quick and easy to prepare, and very delicious. We prepared it with smoked salmon...definitely one of our favorites!

Quick and easy. I was able to store the left over mix that I didn't cook and made it for dinner another night. My husband liked it as well.

I'm not a fan of fish, but my mother in law made these tuna cakes and they were so good. I'm making them for my family. This is going to be a quick and easy go to meal.

Very easy to make and an extreme hit with my family. Next time I will try the suggested substitutions. One note...do not use the tuna in a pouch because it will be to dry.

I usually make these patties with shredded zucchini and squash in them also. It helps them stay together and gives you more veggies!

I Loved it!! So did my picky eater husband. I didn't have carrots so I left it out and I also used cornbread stove top instead because I didn't have the other..it was hard to keep it together so I'm thinking of using an egg next time.
