This are very good and have made them on several occasions. My only dislike is the texture that the stuffing leaves. Might try to make these with bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers.

This was a delicious and cheap meal to make! It didn't take much time. The only difference was that I added egg to the mixture so they wouldn't fall apart when in the skillet. I recommend shaping them into a patty and flattening with a spatula to ensure that everything stays together because it can get messy!

THIS WAS Awesome!!! I used 6 oz fresh chopped lobster meat and a 6 oz can of crab meat and they were to die for!!!! I would advise that you shape them into patties to begin with (rather than a ball and "gently" smooshing them down) because they did crack sometimes.
