Forget everything you know about tuna cakes. Simple, cheesy and held together with hearty stuffing, these'll win over even those determined not to like seafood.

These are delicious and super easy to make! My fiancee can eat them for days, and they save well in the fridge. SO GOOD! Definitely a favorite in our house.
these are great and super easy! if i don't have tuna on hand i will substitute a package of fake lobster/crab cut up. I prefer to bake them in muffin tins that i have sprayed with pam. makes it into a little cup and then i fill with a tomato/cucumber relish
I made this recipe for the first time tonight. To "a cook" and others who had the problem with sticking in the skillet: I had the same problem, so I switched over to my George foreman grill and it cooked much better. I even salvaged the "ruined" patties and finished cooking them on the grill. I made some home-made tartar sauce to go with it. mmm mmm good!
Loved these! We used a tamarind chutney sauce on these and they were fantastic!
I read the recipe and wasn't sure how these were going to be, but I tried them and thought they were wonderful. A great alternative to a salmon or mackerel patty where you have to pick all of the bones out, this was so much easier. My two year old even loved them!
Delish!!! Just made these tonight and my family loved them! One problem, I hope someone can help. The patties stuck to my non-stick pan! Have no idea what I did wrong. Followed the recipe to a T. Please help!
This recipe is great! I made the Tuna Cakes but I also used the mixture on top of my salad and I made Tuna Salad Sandwiches
i make these frequently. i never seem to have carrots or relish on hand so these ingredients are omitted and the cakes still taste great! always served with homemade mac'n'cheese and corn.
My kids LOVE these!!
Very yummy and relatively simple. I left the carrots out just out of laziness, but it was still good. It does make a fair amount, so I put the leftover mix in the fridge overnight and it was good the next day as well.
