Oh my goodness, I had last minute for company and needed something that could feed 5 people. I didn't have carrots so I substituted with chopped onion. They were soooo good, I got raves from my family. This is definitely an easy and quick recipe that will become a staple in my household.

Excellent, I used crab and added a little chopped red pepper. I find that forming the cakes and then refrigerating fro an hour or so really helps them not to stick. Will defiantly make again.

FANTASTIC! My husband is a meat and potatoes guy...but he requests these! The first time I made them, I had problems with them sticking to the pan, burning and falling apart. I added egg whites the next time and made sure the patties were a little thinner. Much Better! I also added some chopped green onion...sooo good!

Very good! My husband & I really like the tuna cakes. It was nice to eat something different. My only problem was I had a lot of trouble with them sticking in my pan. I'll work on that for next time. I also admitted the pickle relish.
