I usually make these patties with shredded zucchini and squash in them also. It helps them stay together and gives you more veggies!

I Loved it!! So did my picky eater husband. I didn't have carrots so I left it out and I also used cornbread stove top instead because I didn't have the other..it was hard to keep it together so I'm thinking of using an egg next time.

Whole family liked it, which is rare. Had trouble with it sticking together, so I added egg. It was delicious.

Unusual, makes alot, and is nice to have the color and flavor of carrots and pickles.

Another winner!!! I used salmon instead of tuna and sprayed a bit of cooking spray on the ice cream scoop to prevent mixture from sticking. -Princess Shelby

This was a very easy recipe to follow and the outcome was delicious. My husband and children requested that I make it again soon and that is the true test for any recipe. I think next time I will add a little bit of Old Bay seasoning or something of that nature to give it just a little more flavor.
