Had problems keeping the cakes together.Especially when trying to turn. Very good tasting though! I made a roasted red Pepper & mayo dip to serve them with!

First time making this recipe and my family loved them! This recipe is very easy to make and affordable. You do need to be careful when turning them, I used a hamburger turner (two sided) to keep them from fallen apart. This is a keeper recipe.

wow. my kids really loved this recipe. course, i messed it up by adding 1 cup of mayo (and hence skipped the h2o). it was a bit too greasy for me, but my tuna-lovin' kids were doin' that (what about-bob) scene in which he mmmm mmmmm mmmmm's excitedly at the table for 10 minutes straight... i will try it with probably 3/4 cups of mayo next time. that seems to hold it together quite well. great recipe.

I used salmon instead of tuna. It was great.

The tuna cakes were very simple to make and they were delicious. I would recommend them to anyone who eats tuna.

I also grew up with plain salmon patties. I loved the zip the stuffing mix gave to the recipe. I also sub'd dill relish for the sweet. Made a sauce of ranch w/bbq. Not bad! Kids dug it!
