They tasted good, although only one of my kids would eat them, and I had alot of trouble keeping them together in patties. I ended up throwing my first "batch" away because it was just a big lumpy pile o mush. I added 2 eggs though and they stayed together a lot better.

I didn't have any carrots but it was still really good. Make sure to refigerate well though because they want to fall apart easy. I also used dill relish instead of sweet. It was really tasty!

Bake them instead! This was great! I modified this to make it easier by baking the cakes instead of using a frying pan. I baked them at 450 degrees for 12 minutes and then flipped them over and baked another 12 minutes on the other side. I was having a miserable time with them in the pan (sticking and not getting done in 3 minutes) and my two year old kept wanting me to play so baking was an easy alternative. I could play for 12 minutes, flip, and go back to playing. Then...ta-da, dinner was done! Tasty recipe. Will definitely bake these again.

Tasty, cheap, and EASY! I also had trouble keeping them in patty form. I ended up squeezing them in a tight ball form in my hands and letting them cook in the skillet for about a minute before I flattened them; they stayed together better then.

I am not a big fan of warm canned tuna, but these were very good. With so many comments that there was trouble keeping them toether, I added some egg substitute to the mix, formed them into my muffin pann and chilled them for an hour. Worked great, and tasted great. A super budget friendly recipe.

had a little trouble keeping the patties from sticking. The taste as satisifying and it freezes well and reheats in the microwave.

These were surprisingly good. I found it helpful to spray the back of my spatula with cooking spray to make sure that I could flatten them without pulling them apart.
