This was a huge hit at my house, even our one year old gobbled them up. Nice on the budget too!

I had trouble with these falling apart. I might try to make them smaller next time, or try to use some of the suggestions people have left on here. My husband who claims he doesn't like tuna said these were "okay" and actually ate them (I had macaroni and cheese as a standby because I really didn't think he would eat them!). I really liked the taste, but would like a crunchier texture. I will be experimenting, as this is a super-easy recipe.

Use canned tuna packed in water,drain in measuring cup and only add enough water to equal the 3/4c of water the recipe calls for. You get a more flavorful fishcake.

We really liked this recipe but when I made them for the second time, I let the mix set in the fridge for about 30 minutes. This made it a lot easier to scoop and stick together

Very easy and fast to make. Loved it. I only used half the rescipe and I got 6 cakes our of it. I paired this w/ the Krafts Fresh From the Cob Corn salad. Went great together. Yuumyy!!! Perfect for after work on a warm spring/summer night. !!!

Loved this recipe. Used salmon instead of tuna. I've made it for my family a few times and the kids love it!

This was yummy. I added more stuffing and a cup of bread crumbs to help it from falling apart. My family LOVED it!
