Made recipe as recommended, and doubled it. If I had not done this I would not had enough, my husband and son each ate 4! We all loved it!!!

I made this for dinner and it was light and delicious. My husband and I had it with a nice salad and I made some roasted red potatoes to go with the fish cakes. I loved them with tuna, they were budget friendly too. Great alternative to crabcakes.

I substituted the pickle relish with chopped green olives, and served with a spicy hot sauce like Crystal sauce. Excellent!

Loved this. Substituted dill relish and chopped red peppers and apple for the carrots. I will make this over and over playing with different veggies.

I was skeptical -- but these were super! If I had time I would follow the refrigerate them for longer tip at the bottom, but with a little patience, the 10 min. version works fine. Really tasty -- would definitely make again and plan to recommend it to all of my friends.

My daughter and husband LOVED this! I used White Albacore tuna. Next time, I am going to make them with crab. I am not a cook so this was nice and easy for me to make.

We opted out of adding the carrots but added in a little onion. Also to make it lower in fat and calories we used fat free cheddar, whole wheat stove top and light miracle whip. These cakes were amazing. There are only two of us so we only cooked half of the batch and were going to save the rest for later but they were so good we ended up cooking more right away! I highly recommend

Neither my husband nor I liked these. I think it had something to do, mostly, with the combination of sweet pickles with the dressing mix. If I make them again I'll leave out the pickle relish and substitute chopped onion.
