this recipe is very easy to make. i have  made this  for one by cutting most of  the ingredients in halve .i only need enough for one .and have some left over for another quick meal.

FANTASTIC! My husband is a meat and potatoes guy...but he requests these! The first time I made them, I had problems with them sticking to the pan, burning and falling apart. I added egg whites the next time and made sure the patties were a little thinner. Much Better! I also added some chopped green onion...sooo good!

Very good! My husband & I really like the tuna cakes. It was nice to eat something different. My only problem was I had a lot of trouble with them sticking in my pan. I'll work on that for next time. I also admitted the pickle relish.

Made recipe as recommended, and doubled it. If I had not done this I would not had enough, my husband and son each ate 4! We all loved it!!!

I made this for dinner and it was light and delicious. My husband and I had it with a nice salad and I made some roasted red potatoes to go with the fish cakes. I loved them with tuna, they were budget friendly too. Great alternative to crabcakes.

I substituted the pickle relish with chopped green olives, and served with a spicy hot sauce like Crystal sauce. Excellent!

Loved this. Substituted dill relish and chopped red peppers and apple for the carrots. I will make this over and over playing with different veggies.

I was skeptical -- but these were super! If I had time I would follow the refrigerate them for longer tip at the bottom, but with a little patience, the 10 min. version works fine. Really tasty -- would definitely make again and plan to recommend it to all of my friends.
