Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Easy to make...can make ahead and leave in refrig. to make later. I'm going to TRY baking this next time but I fried them in a little olive oil. Excellent!

I like these a lot, they are quick and easy. I made them with the carrots the first time and that did not go over well so I skip those now. I use dill relish instead of sweet and they are great.

my family and I loved it! I didn't tell them what I was making until it was too late! I lightened it it up a bit with light mayo and and K 2% cheese shredds, then grilled them in a bit of olive oil an a griddle

I have used this recipe numerous times only I bake it in the oven. I have substituted peas instead of carrots, added onions and barbeque sauce. I've had good luck freezing left-overs. It's a very versatile recipe; good one to have for unexpected company.

My kids don't like ANYTHING that isn't the normal kid fare. I was shocked that they ate this and actually liked it! It was sooo easy to make and very tasty. I've been looking for ways to add fish into our diets, and this recipe is a keeper!

Growing up as a kid my mother always made salmon cakes and I hated them. So I was hesitant to try these, but with the persistance of my husband I gave them a shot. We absolutely loved them! We are big fans of Stove Top, I think that is what hooked us!
