We thought there was too much stuffing mix, a little dry and that these really didn't taste that much like tuna. I'm going to try to make these again with some of the suggestions in the reviews; adding an egg and using bread crumbs. Overall, they weren't gross just ok.

We absolutely loved these tuna cakes! We doubled the pickles and used dill instead. We also cut most of the cheese and subbed in olive oil mayo to cut back calories. I made 1/3 cup patties like the recipe said and had leftovers enough to make 4 more patties (8 patties in all) the following day. The recipe is much richer if left to "marinate" overnight. DELICIOUS!

This is a great quick recipe, that is also very versatile. You can make it as is, or add many different spices to suit your tastes. These make great 'burgers' too. Husband ate all but the one I ate. I made it exactly as stated the first time, then added and changed ingredients with what I had on hand. Easy way to incorporate more fish into our diet.

I'm not really sure how so many people liked this? I was bad, my whole family thought so. It was bad enough that I've gone over the recipe twice thinking it was my fault but I made it exactly like called for. So, it was a no go with our family.

I thought these were great! I added seasonings (cajun seasoning, black pepper, and garlic powder) and used only like a handful of cheese, not a cup like it asks for. These were really, really good. Moist and not greasy. I absolutely love them and ate one on a bun like a burger :). The boyfriend loves them too!

This are very good and have made them on several occasions. My only dislike is the texture that the stuffing leaves. Might try to make these with bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers.
