This was very good.. couple of changes.. Instead of using water I used the tuna juice.. omitted carrot and added green onion. Also did not add pickle relish because I did not have any. I added some old bay seasoning, dill and a beaten egg. I baked these in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes on each side. Came out crispy and yummy!

I was unsure as to how this was going to taste but I was plesantly surprised. Even my daughter who is a pickey eater loved it and had the leftovers for dinner today. I will deffently make this again.

Whole family loved it!! Even my pickiest eater. I used Stove Top Savory Herbs and also added chopped onions. It was fabulous. We will definately be cooking this one again!!!

OMG This was awesome! My 10 year old and 3 year old ate it up! I told them they were crabby patties ( you know like what the cartoon spounge bob )I couldnt believe how simple they were to make. The only thing different I will do next time is make it in the morning and put in the frige all day. Makes for a faster dinner.

We thought there was too much stuffing mix, a little dry and that these really didn't taste that much like tuna. I'm going to try to make these again with some of the suggestions in the reviews; adding an egg and using bread crumbs. Overall, they weren't gross just ok.

We absolutely loved these tuna cakes! We doubled the pickles and used dill instead. We also cut most of the cheese and subbed in olive oil mayo to cut back calories. I made 1/3 cup patties like the recipe said and had leftovers enough to make 4 more patties (8 patties in all) the following day. The recipe is much richer if left to "marinate" overnight. DELICIOUS!

This is a great quick recipe, that is also very versatile. You can make it as is, or add many different spices to suit your tastes. These make great 'burgers' too. Husband ate all but the one I ate. I made it exactly as stated the first time, then added and changed ingredients with what I had on hand. Easy way to incorporate more fish into our diet.
