I used crab meat and dill relish. I cooked some in the pan with a cooking spray and they just wanted to fall apart even though i used two eggs. I fried the rest in about a half inch of oil. The dill really gave it a little something. We loved them. Might try oven next time.

This was poor at best. I like tuna and so does my S.O. but we did not like these at all. Boring, bland and tasteless.

These were REALLY GOOD! A little hard to keep the patties together while frying, but worth a little hassle! YUM!

Very good. Had trouble keeping the patties together so will have to try adding an egg next time but they still tasted very good.

I made these today for lunch and loved them! I changed the recipe a little though.. I added italian breadcrumbs, shredded imitation crab meat, texas pete hot sauce, and a little garlic powder and onion salt. Absolutely delicious!

9Awesome!! I doubled it, and it turned out GREAT!! I didnt have any relish, so I chopped an onion, and only added 1C water. I also added egg(2 since I doubled it) to help it stick together. Great taste! Will be in my rotation!

They tasted good, although only one of my kids would eat them, and I had alot of trouble keeping them together in patties. I ended up throwing my first "batch" away because it was just a big lumpy pile o mush. I added 2 eggs though and they stayed together a lot better.
