This was so easy to make! I made extra so we could eat them the next day. The tuna cakes are also good cold. My husband-who doesn't like carrots-even raved about this recipe.

This recipe was super easy to make with very little to clean up. I made a half batch for myself and my roommate and plan to eat the leftovers for lunch. I will definitely be trying this recipe again!

Very easy and quick to make. Family liked it. Cheap and had most ingredients on hand.

Easy to make. I was worried they would fall apart in the skillet, so I put mine in the oven on the broiler setting and just flipped them over when the tops were golden brown. Tasted great!

I'm not much of cook, but I thought these were very easy to make and I thought the flavor turned out excellent. I refrigerated the mixture for about 45 minutes, which I think helped because my patties didn't fall apart. I also used a measuring cup to portion out the mixture. This may have also helped to keep them from falling apart, as I pressed the mixture into the cup before flipping it out. The only problem I had was that they burned. I will try cooking spray again next time, but will cook them at lower heat for longer.

So good! Does NOT taste at all fishy. I did not have any relish so I grated a few gerkin pickles and also added some grated onion. They did fall apart a bit so I placed them in the oven for 15 minutes to firm up.
