This recipe is so good. my family loves it.i would love to make it for the holidays. now i will try it with strawberry filling.
It was very well received when I took it to work, but as other users have said the topping was too stiff. Will use melted frosting next time.

use more chocolate to cover the top
This had two things against it before I began; 1, I don't care for eclairs, 2, I was afraid of the graham crackers being- one too soggy or too difficult to cut the dessert. Great news! The recipe works beautifully and the ingredients are adequate, (something else I was concerned with). Great for a gathering. Janet
This recipe was really yummy. My only complaint was that the pudding layers made the gram crackers kind of soggy. It was nice texture for eating, but not so much for plating. I had to tell everyone that it tastes much better than it looks. When they got gutsy to try it they all agreed.
My boyfriend is a peanutbutter-aholic so when i saw this recipe i knew i had to make it. i loved it except for the very hard topping. i guess a thinner layer would help with this problem. Im now working on my own variation taking out the peanut butter and adding banana slices!
The picture looks yummy but I don't know how good it tastes as I haven't tried it yet. I was concerned that the peanut butter taste might be overwhelming and was pleased to read from a review that it's not. My recommendation for the chocolate hardening problem is to melt the squares in a tub of Cool Whip in the microwave and omit the butter. Then proceed with recipe and allow the chocolate to set. The Cool Whip will keep the chocolate from hardening and you'll still get the semi-sweet taste instead of the taste of store-bought chocolate frosting. You probably won't need all of the Cool Whip and chocolate either since the consistency will change.
This was very good. Had trouble cutting it without breaking the choclolate topping.
YUM! This is super easy to make and is delicious as well. I will definitely make this again, even though it doesn't last long!
