What You Need

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

1-3/4

cups cold milk

1/4

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

HONEY MAID Honey Grahams

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces

Tbsp. butter

Make It

BEAT pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter; mix well. Stir in COOL WHIP. Layer 1/3 of the grahams and half of the pudding mixture in 13x9-inch dish, breaking grahams as necessary to fit. Repeat layers. Top with remaining grahams.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Spread over grahams.

REFRIGERATE 8 hours.

Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding, fat-free milk and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.

After reading other reviews, I tried freezing it. I then turned it upside down on a cutting board, so chocolate was on the bottom. It made it easier to cut(You had the lines from the crackers. Plus it didn't squish. But you have to work fast. As it thaws out quickly. I think it is alot of trouble. I will wait and see what the reviews are for the frosting version.

Very simple and delicious. I would add two more squares of chocolate and 1 more TBSP of butter

had trouble cutting the cake once the frosting was hard next time i will put grooves in it when first put on

Filling is fine, icing is toooo hard to cut into nice servings.

Took this to Easter and my dad told me I was more than welcome to leave as much as I wanted!! Anything with peanut butter and chocolate is a hit at our get togethers, but this was so easy to make and I had everything on hand that I will make it again!

It was such an easy recipe to make. It turned out wonderful and was eaten up iin two days! It's a light and fluffy type of recipe and does not taste to sweet.
