This was really good and different. I used the oriental ramen noodle mix.

Why does the recipe say to divide the dressing? Also it doesn't say which flavor ramon noodle mix to use.

This was a real hit at our last potluck. I made it with Sesame Ginger Dressing instead if the Italian, and added a bit of grated carrot for color.

I would love this recipe and many other if the raman noodles or the other ingredients did not have MSG in them or trans fat. I will not use products that contain them and try and impovise on the recipe. I just made green bean cassorole without the mushroom soup because of the MSG. It wasn't bad but I would rather have your soup without MSG at a reasonable price.

I have made this on several occasions, and it has been a delicious hit every time with family and friends. One friend asked for the recipe and made it for her different guests 3 times in 2 weeks. She even told them she made the cake!! Delicious - pretty - and EASY. A winning combination every time.

This was ok as is, but I tweaked it. I added chicken and used fat free honey mustard dressing instead. It makes a great lunch in itself! Oh, and I used regular coleslaw mix instead of broccoli slaw. It's wonderful!

This is a refreshing salad to replace the traditional pasta or potato salads at summer picnics. Agree with using the seasame ginger dressing instead.

I took this to a potluck last week but I used Sesame Ginger Dressing. One young guest asked for the leftovers to take home. His mother said he ate it the next day...for breakfast.

I substituted the Zesty Italian with a mixture of sesame oil, red wine vinegar and a little sugar. I've tried the recipe with regular cole slaw mix and broccoli cole slaw mix, but I prefer the broccoli mix.
