It was a big hit at a "Bluegrass" Jam session. They all wanted the recipe. I will definately make it again.
Made this salad for a work luncheon. It was a big hit!
I liked the salad but I couldn't find crumbled cheese so I used course shredded cheddar and 3 cheese Mexican cheese shredded. It was good with this substitution. I think it would be good with a layer of black olives.
Ok this is the first time I have ever written a review for anything. I went to my grandmothers today and she made this, I tried it to be nice, but I am not a fan of mayo or ranch. However, the combination of these ingredients are amazing! The smoked ham and the red onion tie everything together! I am sitting here eating some right now! Seriously must make this! I will however try a low fat take on this dish when I make it!!
We liked the salad. Really good flavor. I think it's better all mixed up. It looks really pretty all layered like that but you have to mix it up and distribute everything evenly or else you get like a whole mouthful of ranch & cheese. That was our only thought. It was very good and super easy though! Perfect for summer and I'll make ti for the next picnic, bbq or potluck.

Such an easy recipe and so good! Made this for Memorial Day weekend and it did not last long! This is definitely a keeper!

YUUUUUMMMMMMYYY!! By far the best pasta salad recipe I've ever eaten! My husband (anti-onion) LOVED it and couldn't stop eating it! I will be making this all the time... definitely a keeper! SO GOOD!
I made this salad for the first time for a 4th of July party. I left out the onions due to a large number of "no onions" folks who would be attending. It was a hit and it was gone in no time. I made more the next day. This is my favorite pasta salad recipe!
