my family LOVED this (esp. my husband). it's a great dish. i made it just as the recipe stated, but in the future if making as a side dish i will probably use half the ground beef. i may also experiment with adding other things (bacon? tomatoes?it would make a great main dish with a green salad and tortillas or cornbread. (kind of a variation on chili)...will definitely make again!!!

I made this for a work function with a couple of extra cans of beans. It was a hit, and has been requested many times since then.

I made these for a block party and even though they were very good, only a few people had them. I was disappointed but I would make them again.

I did make these beans and they were fantastic. Very easy to make. We had them with hotdogs one night and since we had alot left over I made hamburgers and I put the beans over the hamburger pattie for like a chile burger type and it was great. Thanks!

Have made this dish several times, an alternative to ground beef is to use a good grade of Chorizo sausage. It gives that extra zing.

My mom use to make this when I was little (50 years ago) and she called it Chuck Wagon Beans. It was great then and is still great now!

This sounds like a real good recipe which I will try soon. However, I wish Kraft would just enter the name of the recipe instead of using descriptive words in the name of it. It makes it real hard to find in my saved recipe's list. ie: Instead of Better than ever cheesy meat lasagna, just write lasagna, and then all the lasagna recipies will come up to choose from.

This was soooo good. Almost a meal in itself. I like to add spices so I stirred in 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. chili powder and 1/8 tsp. black ground pepper right before cooking. Gave it a lot of taste without adding any salt. I'll make this dish a lot I'm sure.
