My grandkids enjoy making this dessert. It's so easy for them to make. The hard part is waiting until time to serve.

I lower the sugar content since I'm diabetic by using Splenda. You can vary this recipe by different fruits. Mango, papaya mix is great. Use lemon jello with this fruit.

I have used this recipe with a gramham cracker pie crust, no fruit mixed in the whipped topping/cream cheese mixture, but topped with cherrie or strawberry pie filling and have enjoyed an easy wonderful cheese cake that is gone in two days!

I LOVE CHEESE CAKE AND THIS IS SO SIMPLE TO MAKE AND THE BEST PART IS YOU DON'T HAVE TO BAKE IT. AND YOU CAN USE OTHER JELLO'S AND FRUIT. YUMMY.

I used raspberry jello and fresh raspberries. I added the sugar to the crust but not to the cheesecake and I regretted it because it tasted a little too "cheesey." I think it would have been better if I would have just followed the recipe but usually I can get away with eliminating some of the sugar.
