Awesome Spring\Summer dessert! I modified this recipe to be "mostly" sugarfree by using Sugarfree Peach Jell-O, a can of peaches done with Splenda, Sugarfree Cool Whip, and I cut the fat-free cream cheese down from four (4) to three (3). It turned out to be very decadent and my husband (who is diabetic) absolutely swooned over it!

This was a very easy recipe to make. I had a party at my house and I did not have much of this left. Everyone loved it!! (As did I!!!)

This not only easy to make, but delicious! Different and tasty. My husband took some to work and came home with none. A big hit.

Not much flavor with 4 pkgs. of cream cheese and only 1 small box of jello. Maybe if I reduced the amts. and still used 1 box of jello it might work.

This recipe is fantastic...looks good and tastes wonderful. However, I made it twice, once with fresh peaches and once with canned, and I think I prefer the canned.
