one of my favorite sides. so quick and easy. i sprinkle garlic salt instead of using minced garlic.

I had only zucchini and I had followed the receipe as written and I had thought it was very good. Since I am a single person it was my supper. Now I will be making it for my Mother and brothers. This is a keeper Thank you for another good receipe.

This recipe gave a whole new look to Summer squash & zucchini and the flavor was excellent. Even my husband who says he doesn't like these squash ate it & said it was good!

This is one of my favorite ways to make summer squash. I don't care for zucchini so I don't grow it. I love it with lots of onion and fresh black pepper. I even skip on the cheese most of the time due to the fat content.
