This was delicious! I had an over abundant amount of zucchini and yellow squash in my garden, and this was one of my favorite recipes! Thanks!!

Quick and easy. The basil adds a fresh taste. I would use less mozzerella and more parmsean next time.

I cook a similar recipe using squash (yellow or zucchini) and onions and a few dried hot pepper seeds, along with salt and pepper. This sounds like another good alternative for my spouse who is also diabetic. Definitely will try it. Deloris, Louisville,Ky..

My family enjoyed this recipe, I sauted some onion in it and added some seasoned bread crumb as well, it was delicious even my 8 year old son enjoyed it!

This is so tasty, and very healthy as well. To add a little 'zip' to this dish, I've made it adding onions, chopped green peppers, red pepper flakes, celery and tomatoes. I've also made it using Italian seasoning and a few drops of 'hot sauce' flavoring. If fresh corn I cut it off the cob and mix that in too. You can't mess this recipe up. It's simply great!

This is actually a good recipe to add to. I've been making this for a while, I sometimes add cooked cheese ravioli. Sometimes I add a some fresh grated ginger and some cooked rice. It makes a great side dish. Yummy!!

LOVED it! My teenager even ate it, and he has never liked squash! That is the best rating a mom can give if your kids will eat it!
