This is the most amazing cheesecake. I use non-fat cream cheese and it still tastes delicious. I love the fac that it's not too heavy. I also love all the strawberries!

overall delicious dessert and great use of strawberries. not a very quick dessert, does take some effort. put strawberries in a mini chopper which helped. also used 2 low fat and 2 regular cream cheese.

Yet another delicious recipe! I did however refrigerate it overnight to help firm it even better but the taste was incredible! Not too sweet and a perfect light dessert!

question; my graham cracker crumbled when i cut it why? i did freeze it ok? my cheese mixture seemed a little soft and didn't hold up while i cut it why? mashing the strawberrie was a little sloppy

Try 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, which you can buy already crushed.

I really loved this dessert. It wasn't too sweet and very light. I would recommend everybody give it a try. It is also sooooo easy to make.

We didn't have any graham crackers, but we did have a box of 12-count Poptarts! Since our family always rips off the crust anyway, I thought using the crumbled crusts would be a tasty substitute, and it turned out that a box of 12 Poptarts provides EXACTLY 2 cups of crumbs! It gave the cheesecake a deliciously sweet crust to work your way into- YUM!

We made this with our fresh picked strawberries this summer and it was gone in one sitting. It is so creamy and easy!

I made this recipe for a 4th of July pot luck. It didn't set up solid enough. The taste was good, but I was really disappointed in the "pudding" consistency.
