This is not only easy but the best no bake cheese cake I have ever made. I made it for Fathers Day and everyone raved and wanted more. I sent leftovers to the neighbors and they loved it and wanted the recipe. Apparently they shared it with another neighbor who stopped me and told me it was the best thing he ever had. It is Great gotta try it.

This is very good. Light and fluffy. I used everything low fat and splendid instead of sugar. Love it!!!!!

A friend brought this to a pot-luck lunch at work. Yummy!!! We all got online for the recipe and signed up for the magazine to get more recipes like this one.

I first made this for a cookout and came home with an empty pan. The next time, I made it two 8" pans so I could share it with family without taking the whole pan. The only thing I changed was to bake the crust for about 10 minutes and then let it cool as I like a sturdier crust.

This dessert was simple and very delicious! I made my own version (black cherry) by substituting the strawberry preserves for sugar-free apricot preserves and the fresh strawberries for dark sweet cherries. Everyone loved it!

This was AWFUL!!! I made it for a party and it didn't end up getting put out on the table b/c there were other desserts, but I'm happy b/c I would've been embarrassed. It didn't taste like strawberry at all, it was like taking a bite out of a bar of cream chesse and the crust was soggy. YUCK!!!

I was disappointed that this dessert did not firm up(ever). The mixture was a soft pudding and was really good tasting, but had to be spooned out and was far from looking like the photo. I would make it again if I knew what I did or didn't do wrong.
