Great taste, and I've been asked to make this again. I used regular cream cheese instead of Neufchatel, and the dish never set up. It's been refrigerated for nearly 24 hours, and is still soft and fluffy -- not firm, as Ihad expected. Could the cream cheese have caused this?

great taste, but takes a lot longer then 4 hours to set. overnight was barely enough.

Thanks Suzanne for this wonderful recipe. I followed it to the T, (except for making my own strawberry preserves)..and was able to use fresh Tennessee Strawberries.. Hands off to you! It is delicious.

Easy and quick to make and turns out yummy. I had a bit of trouble with my crust not sticking together (maybe I didn't use quite enough margarine) but we sort of flopped it on the top and enjoyed it anyway. A great summer treat..light and refreshing!
