I was looking for an interesting way to cook zucchini and while this was a good recipe (I added garlic salt for more flavor) the consistency of the zucchini just still doesn't appeal to me. But if you're looking for a way to serve zucchini it's one of the better ways!

I ADDED COOKED HAM,COOKED BACON.CUT THEM INTO PIECES FIRST THEN ADDED THEM!IT WAS GREAT!I DIDNT ADD THE CRACKERS.

I did not personally like this recipe. It seemed to be missing something (bacon or crab...something!). My husband thought it was "okay"
