My family LOVED this recipe. I couldn't believe how much they raved about it. I will be making this again.

I thought these were good. I made these for the superbowl, it was just my husband and my kids and they liked it too, just not enough to finish them. Maybe next time I'll make them with the waffle fries instead of the chips.

Our kids loved this. We added a meat mixture to the top of the chips then topped it with the cheese.

This was good and easy! However, I doubled most of the ingredients. 8 oz. of chips, 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar, 3 scallions, one large tomato, 8 slices of bacon and 1 cup of sour cream. Made a large platter that disappeared!

This was really easy to make as decibed! My family gobbled it up! I think it will bccome a family favorite for parties!

I've been making the exact same thing for years - but with the alternate option of using frozen waffle fries.
