Very tasty, but try it with homemade potato chips, perfect then. Just slice potatoes thin, soak them in ice water for 30 or so minutes, dry with towel, and fry in vegtable oil until brown. Take out, and salt. Yum! Easy and with the toppings suggested Out of this world.

Made it for my cards night and it was a big hit!! I have a friend who is gluten free and found the Kettle brand chips which are gluten free and also very good. I would def make this again.

These were really good. I did as another suggested and used the oven to melt the cheese on the chips. Instead of bacon we put on some taco seasoned turkey meat. They were gone in minutes.

A HUGE hit! Great for a party. I suggest doubling the recipe. It will disappear quickly and guests will be asking for more!

Hey everyone! I made this once before and realized I didn't like how hard the chips got in the microwave. So next time I decided to use the broiler. BIG DIFFERENCE! I put tin foil on a cookie sheet and sprayed it with Pam so it wouldn't stick. I put the cheese and bacon bits on (I don't like tomatos so I didn't use them). Few minutes under the broiler was just what it needed!! I mixed sour cream and scallons together and am enjoying this snack!! I hope my info helps!!

Made this for the Superbowl, we enjoyed it. Was good just not cheesy enough for my household, may try the melted nacho cheese next time.
