Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches recipe

Neatniks, rejoice! You get the crunch of celery, the heat of sauce and the cool of blue cheese in a bun with Buffalo chicken, minus the messy fingers you get with wings.

I have made this sooo many times because it is super easy and great! It's really easy when you use the rotisserie chicken.

I have made this for pot lucks and meals at home. I put boneless skinless chicken in a crock pot with the wing sauce & a little bit of water on low for a few hours. Great dish!!

These were so good! Fun to make and fun to eat. I served them for dinner on a big platter and everyone just grabbed what they wanted. Great flavors! I will make this again!

I made this for Super Bowl Sunday. We had grandchildren ages 6-11 and adults. Everyone loved this. I did not use celery as some of the family do not like it. I doubled the recipe. It was a hit!!!

After reading the reviews I went lighter on the water..probably only used 1/8 cup of water. I use the Franks brand Buffalo sauce and swear by it (I use it to make hot wings too and it's the best). I omitted the celery all together and I thought the blue cheese dressing tasted great. Very easy and simple to make!
