Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches recipe

Neatniks, rejoice! You get the crunch of celery, the heat of sauce and the cool of blue cheese in a bun with Buffalo chicken, minus the messy fingers you get with wings.

I made these to take to a pool party. They were sooo good! Got many compliments on them. The celery gives it great texture.

This was extremely popular! I omitted the bleu cheese because I knew it wouldn't go over in my particular audience. They were a big hit.

Whole family loved it. I used regular size buns and doubled recipe. Might toast buns next time, buns got a little soggy.

I recently made this for my family for dinner and they all loved it. My husband took leftovers to work and some of his coworkers asked for the recipe. I only used 1 cut up celery stalk and that was mroe than enough for us. I'm making it again this week!

Yummy! I made this with hoagie rolls and no celery, I loved it and so did my husband. I will make this again and again!

These are wonderful. So easy to make, we love them. I do buy a brick of blue cheese and crumble it myself from the Amish. Great football or party food. I just passed this recipe on to a dear friend. You will never go back to traditional chicken wing eating again =) YUM

I have made these several times already because my husband loves them. I took them to work for lunch and also made them for girls night. I always get asked for the recipe. Easy to prepare!

I have made this seversl times for parties and people just love it. I do omit the water though) My husband loves it so much that I keep cooked, shredded chicken in the freezer just to satsify his hankering. I often just use blue cheese dressing on the bun.
