Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches

Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches recipe

Neatniks, rejoice! You get the crunch of celery, the heat of sauce and the cool of blue cheese in a bun with Buffalo chicken, minus the messy fingers you get with wings.

This was really good. My husband does not usually eat anything with chicken, but he liked this alot and said that it was definitely something to make again.

This is a real crowd pleaser! I took it to all our football parties this year and everyone liked it, even the kids!

My boyfriend was very unsure of this recipe because he isn't a big buffalo sauce fan but after he tried it, he wouldn't stop talking about how good it was and took the left overs to lunch the next day. I used the rotesserie chicken idea and that worked really well!

Made as full size sandwiches. They tasted great! I shredded the cooked chicken and placed it in a crockpot with a little less water and the buffalo sauce and cooked it on low for a few hours. (the condensation will create it's own water in the crockpot) The only thing my family didn't like was the celery in the sauce.

I made this for my boyfriend and he loved it! He loved the ranch and mayo mixed w/the celery. I omitted the blue cheese, but it was still good.

It was ok. We used mild sauce the night before and it seemed to loose the spicyness.
