Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches

Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches recipe

Neatniks, rejoice! You get the crunch of celery, the heat of sauce and the cool of blue cheese in a bun with Buffalo chicken, minus the messy fingers you get with wings.

This was a hit at the Superbowl party! Tasted just like wings, only not as messy. I used rotisserie chicken, which did make this pretty easy. There wasn't quite enough of the sauce, so next time I will probably double it - though the recipe calls for more than enough celery sticks. The sauce also serves as a great celery dip on the side!

I made this for Superbowl, it was perfect. I used rotisserie chicken then heated it in the crock pot. Everyone loved it.

This recipe worked out really well for me. I will definately make it again! I replaced the blue cheese with mozarella cheese.

I made it using canned chicken and mozzarella cheese instead of the blue cheese. We liked it.

I made it just the way it said on the recipe, exactly, and it was perfect. Absolutly great!

I omitted the blue cheese and added a slice of pepperjack instead. It was fantastic! I will definitely be making this again!

I omitted water and added salsa instead. A little curry works nicley too.

I think next time I will try the additional bbq sauce as suggested by others. But it was very good just as it is written.

LOVED IT!! Did change it up some though, added honey flavored bbq sauce to the meat mixture. Also did not add the blue cheese. This will be made often in my house now!

Big hit with my family. Will make again. I did add about 1/2 cup of bbq sauce for a little more flavor.
