Neatniks, rejoice! You get the crunch of celery, the heat of sauce and the cool of blue cheese in a bun with Buffalo chicken, minus the messy fingers you get with wings.

Next time I won't put as much of the blue cheese/celery topping on the sandwich. It was a bit rich. (Maybe I put TOO much on to begin with..??)

These were so easy and quick. I used canned chicken and it was very tasty! Made it as a dinner and they were a hit.

My husband and I loved this. It's quick, easy and good. Just the right amount of heat and the topping is great. I will be making this often.

What a great sandwich, has all the flavors of buffalo chicken wings in one bite. I will definately make this recipe again.

Not a big fan of "spicy" food, but I did use a hot buffalo sauce, but the dressing that covered the chicken was superb and took all of the hotness away. I suggest everyone try this, it was easy to make and didn't take much time at all.

This is a great recipe. Being from Pittsburgh PA, home of the original Primanti sandwich, I think Buffalo should take it as a compliment when copy cat recipes try to emulate the original...we do.
