Buffalo Chicken Party Sandwiches recipe
Neatniks, rejoice! You get the crunch of celery, the heat of sauce and the cool of blue cheese in a bun with Buffalo chicken, minus the messy fingers you get with wings.

A fantastic way to have the flavor of wings without the mess. It was so tasty. Thanks for the awesome idea.

AWESOME recipe! I made this for a football party and got rave reviews from literally everyone! I cooked chicken breast with a little chicken broth and seasonings in a crockpot and then shredded it. This was really easy and more cost effective than buying rotisserie chicken. I used Cookies hot sauce and just kept adding more sauce to make the meat not dry. It was just the right level of hottness (I order buffalo wings to me medium-hot.) The sauce to go on top is AMAZING! I did not alter the recipe other than to use light mayo and light ranch. I would highly suggest this sandwich for any event. I really liked that it was something a little different too!

Outstanding! Flavor was great and I liked the celery dressing. We made a double batch and it went. Looking forward to having this again. Would be good for a big gathering.

OMG!! I made this last night for dinner with tater skins and jalenpeno poppers. Everyone loved it! My hubby who loves wings said this was a less messier version and can't wait till I make it again! This is one of my faves and I love how you can control the hotness with the wing sauce. We found that what the recipe calls for is perfect.

This was very good and got 4 thumbs up from the family! I used a loaf of Itallian bread split and grilled to toast it. I also put a few drops of tobasco sauce on my husbands portion because he likes things REALLY hot. It has just the right heat for the rest of us and it will become a party recipe for us from now on.

I love this recipe but as with all recipes, I made some changes to make it my own. I nixed the Celery and added a littl butter to the chicken while it simmered with the hot sauce. I also simmered the chicken for quite a while.

This was a hit and really good. I did mix the chopped celery, blue cheese mixture the day before which I will not do again. It was a bit runny (most likely from the celery). The tedius job of chopping celery could be done but don't mix with other ingredients.

Has become an almost weekly meal at my house. Make it now with slightly pounded chicken breast, grilled or breaded and fried. One of my guys favs.

LOVED IT! Skipped the celery (hubby's not a fan) and it was delicious. Made it 2 days in a row!

I cooked the chicken in the crock pot and then add the sauce. This made for a really moist shredded chicken. The sauce was great.
