One additional suggestion - I made this in a regular dish as I could any jello salad and served it with a serving spoon. I didn't want to mess with the little paper cups and based on the feedback, probably best that I didn't!

I love cranberry jello mold at Thanksgiving, and I found this to be the easy answer. It was simple to make and it was a big hit with my family. I definitely will make this for Thanksgiving day. A very excellent recipe!

My husband loved it! I am taking them to Thanksgiving dinner. Very pretty and festive.

A friend of mine made this recipe for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was wonderful. I've had leftovers for breakfast, dinner and as a snack. This is a kid friendly recipe too. Definitly a keeper in my book!

my hubby took to luncheon at work and was big hit! Said it was a little messy but is willing to take again only this time in the paper-liners! Going to make for my family Thanksgiving gathering

I really liked this recipe! It is exactly like my mom's that she does each Thanksgiving, only hers doesn't call for the apples, which I think added that little extra crunch to this recipe. The paper cup idea is a little messy but great for potlucks/parties!

You said: " This is a very delicious and beautiful recipe. I used "apple-cinnamon" glazed walnuts which took the taste over the top. I found them sold in bulk at a store called "Henry's" in San Diego--a vegetable/nutrition type store. I think they would be equally as beautiful made in jumbo muffin tins--I like the liners taken off to show the indentations."

I made this recipe recently for a function at Church. It was a hit!!! I got multiple requests for the recipe and there wasn't any left. For ease of surving at this function, I left them in the paper cups, that way, people could use their hands to pick them up off of the tray.

I love this recipe! It is a good snack. I made it once with half regular and half sugar free Jell-O and then again with all sugar free I couldn't taste the difference. My only suggestion is to use less water if you're going to put it in the cupcake papers.
