The family loved this salad at Thanksgiving so I'm making it again for Christmas. I used Sugar-Free Raspberry Jello and it didn't set up quite as well as it should have. The next time I make it I will slightly reduce the liquid.

Made it just like the recipe but added zest of two lemons & juice of one. I used a jello mold instead of the cups & also froze this (as my mother used to make it ahead & served it just out of the freezer) -the jello doesn't actually freeze and is wonderfully refreshing with the ice crystals!

One of my husband's favorites from his very first taste.

Made 1/2 of the original recipe to try it out. Everyone loved it, including my 2 year old grandson. Put a dollop of whipped cream on the top to make it more festive. We will definitely be having this on Christmas Eve. I like the idea submitted about making it in a large bowl. Might try using other fruits in it for variation.

This recipe is so easy to prepare and makes great use of the sweet and tart tastes by mixing cranberry sauce with Pineapple. It looks great and was a hit with my family and guests. It was convenient because I made it a day ahead too.

Great new twist on the traditional cranberry side for Thanksgiving. We opted not to make individual servings but to combine all ingredients in one large container. It has already been requested to be made for our next family holiday celebration!

My seven-year-old daughter made these for Thanksgiving with very little help from me. They were yummy, and voted best cranberry dish at our huge family get-together!
