This recipe is so easy to prepare and makes great use of the sweet and tart tastes by mixing cranberry sauce with Pineapple. It looks great and was a hit with my family and guests. It was convenient because I made it a day ahead too.
Great new twist on the traditional cranberry side for Thanksgiving. We opted not to make individual servings but to combine all ingredients in one large container. It has already been requested to be made for our next family holiday celebration!
My seven-year-old daughter made these for Thanksgiving with very little help from me. They were yummy, and voted best cranberry dish at our huge family get-together!

My mom makes this every year at Thanksgiving as a molded jello salad instead of as individual servings. It's delicious. Sometimes I add thinly sliced celery instead of nuts.
Look & taste great! We made for a Thanksgiving dinner with friends in a mini muffin pan so they were bite sized. Looked very festive. But 2.5 hours not enough time, will let set up overnight next time.
These came out really nice! I think next time I will take out the nuts, they seemed to bee a bit much for me, but everyone LOVED these!

I made this as a new dish to take to our Thanksgiving feast. Everyone loved them. I made my own cranberry sauce ILO the canned. What few were left over went as ice cream topper for dessert... Yummy! Definitely a keeper!
I always pick a new recipe or two to make at Thanksgiving. This year this was one of my recipes. I served these minis in place of jellied cranberry sauce and it was a great success. All my guest and family loved it. Definitely this recipe is a keeper. It will make a great Thanksgiving recipe tradition.
