Cranberry-Pineapple Minis recipe

Plain ol' cranberry sauce is so last year. This holiday, get apples and pineapple in the mix for a fun, modern take on the classic side that can fit into a smart eating plan.

11.26.08 I made this last night for our office party. Nothing but raves! It's so easy yet has great flavor with each bite. I also added Mandarin oranges. Thanks for a winning side dish! Kathleen Lake Placid Florida

Quick and easy to make. Good anytime, not just for Thanksgiving. My picky teenager even loved them!!

Very easy, I used sugar-free jell-o and you would never know the difference. Everyone loved it. The cupcake papers are a neat idea a little time consuming. It would probably be just as good in a jell-o mold.

One additional suggestion - I made this in a regular dish as I could any jello salad and served it with a serving spoon. I didn't want to mess with the little paper cups and based on the feedback, probably best that I didn't!

I love cranberry jello mold at Thanksgiving, and I found this to be the easy answer. It was simple to make and it was a big hit with my family. I definitely will make this for Thanksgiving day. A very excellent recipe!

A friend of mine made this recipe for our Thanksgiving dinner and it was wonderful. I've had leftovers for breakfast, dinner and as a snack. This is a kid friendly recipe too. Definitly a keeper in my book!

my hubby took to luncheon at work and was big hit! Said it was a little messy but is willing to take again only this time in the paper-liners! Going to make for my family Thanksgiving gathering

I really liked this recipe! It is exactly like my mom's that she does each Thanksgiving, only hers doesn't call for the apples, which I think added that little extra crunch to this recipe. The paper cup idea is a little messy but great for potlucks/parties!
