I made it exactly like the recipe, but I put it in a salad dish. It reminded me of a cranberry salad that I ate as a child, but it had grated orange peels in it. I tried cool whip on it and it was delicious. The next time I make it, I am going to put it in a 9X13 and put cool whip on the top.

I just put it in a bowl and served with a spoon. Very good! Kids loved it!

the muffin papers did not come off well so the minis did not look like the pic-in fact they just looked like blobs of jello. any suggestions?

**I used the 8-1/2 cup serving, sugar free jello.** I made this for a party at work; this was so yummy, a huge hit, a great alternative to brownies. (Next time I'll use the foil cupcake liners, the jello stuck to the paper liners.) I'm making this for another get together next week!

Used the mini muffin tins instead of the regular size tins for this appetizer. These were such a hit at the coffe club. They were so delicious and nutritional. Followed the exact receipe. Wonderful! Joan
