After forgetting the cranberry sauce in the fridge for Thanksgiving 2008, and again in 2009, I decided to make a special alternate to the sauce this year so I definitely wouldn't forget it! LOL So I made these, and they were a big hit. They were quick, easy and relatively inexpensive to make. My FIL ate four of them at dinner! Then, of course, he wanted the recipe. I will make these again next year for sure. I'm not sure what the poster below meant about the recipe not being clear; the measurements are listed and it tells you what to do with everything. It was very clear and easy to understand.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and used the sugar-free raspberry gelatin. I also used pineapple tidbits instead of the crushed pineapple. Everyone loved it and I will make it again for sure.

I love the flavor. I added just a bit of chopped celery to it also. Very easy to make and everyone seems to like it. Will be one of standby recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Ginnic5

I Made this last year, and everyone loved the flavor -- but they do NOT COME OUT OF THE MOLDS well. I would like to recommend that you serve them in an old fashioned mold, not the minis!

I found Cranberry Jello this year, so will use it for Thanksgiving. I poured the mixture into a fancy glass bowl, and topped it with a few miniture marshmallows. Served with a fancy spoon. Delicious!

I've made this recipe at least 4 times already. This is a great recipe, even the people who don't care for cranberry sauce love this jello. I use the sugar-free jello and everyone can enjoy it.

I have been making this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner for year.s I substitute 1/2 cup of burgandy wine for 1/2 of the water. This dish is very sweet even with the cranberries so the wine helps to mellow it out.

This recipe is great. It has become one of my favorite things to make for the holidays. I also make it in a big bowl instead of the small cups. I had issues with it sticking to the paper and just a little messy.
