Chocolate Eclair Squares

Made this for a family event was the talk of the show, everyone loved it. so simple to make, fool proof. asked to make it for 3 upcoming events, definitely a keeper

This was so easy to make and so good, my guests really enjoyed it. It took me maybe 5 minutes to make. I might try using French Vanilla pudding next time. You can't go wrong with this one!

Amazing as is, but for a more adult version, drizzle the wafers with 1/4 cup Orange liqueur, it's simply amazing and oh so easy!

Chocolate eclairs are made with chocolate, not vanilla. This is like a vanilla eclair with chocolate drizzled on.

very easy to make! for drizzling the chocolate, i melted 2 squares in the microwave, then used a spoon to put the melted chocolate in a plastic baggie, cut a small hole in the corner and squeezed it out. looked just like the picture!

It was good. Brought it to work during the holidays and they loved it.

Just Awful!!! I made for my family on Val Day and not one person liked it!!

I made this recipe this past july 4th for a pot luck picnic and my desert was gone wayy before all the fancy store-bought deserts! Everyone agreed it was great! The only thing that gave me trouble was melting the chocolate. I ended up mixing some milk in with the chocolate chips. maybe next time I'll use a chocolate thats already liquidy, like a jar of fudge ice cream topping. either way i recommend it!

I used low fat vanilla wafers, fat free pudding and low fat cool whp. Everyone at our party said how good it was, even the kids. Love, love!
