Excellent! We love to substitute shrimp for the chicken. We also add 1/2 tsp salt to the sauce, it's too bland for us without it. So that I can use the entire box of fettucine, I use 1 1/2 lbs of meat and make the sauce as directed, but 1/2 double the ingredients (ie, 1 can of chicken broth, 6 tsp of flour, 6 oz cream cheese, etc.) Works perfectly every time.
