This was so yummy! Everyone loved it. It was easy to prepare and it looked just like the picture. The only thing different I did was to add additional cinnamon with the apples and sugar because my family loves cinnamon. This is one of my favorites.
This is delicious! I changed it a little according to what I had on hand. I used light cream cheese & fat free caramel apple dip on top after it was cool. Everyone loved it!
absolutely delicious!! the contrast of the sweet apples and the tangy cream cheese is superb! i brushed the pie crust with a little milk before sprinkling on the cinnamon sugar
This apple tart was absolutely delicious!! And so easy to make! I took the advice of one of the other "raters" and drizzled a creamy caramel sauce over the cream cheese before I layered in the apples....Mmmm good! I used the low-fat cream cheese and low fat cool whip and even my boyfriend couldn't tell the difference!
This is such a simple recipe to make but it looks and tastes great. No one would suspect it didn't take all morning to make.
This recipe is SO easy! I looks great and tastes amazing! I used one large Granny Smith and two small Gala apples and used 6 oz of cream cheese. AMAZING!!! Such a crowd pleaser!
loved it! so easy, i have also made it with pears - mmm
EVERYONE LOVES THIS RECIPE!!! It is sooo easy to make, and a crowd pleaser. I think that you have to adjust the amount of apples you use based on the size of your apples. This last time that I made the tart, I used only 1 large Gala Apple. Previously, I used 2 smaller apples and each time the result was wonderfull.
I'm going to try red apples next time. It's an okay substitute for an Apple Pie. Only problem I had was apples breaking through the side of the crust, and all green apples way to tart.
My husband loved this, but I didn't much like it.
