I loved this! It was so easy and yummmmy. My neighbor has given me a TON of pears...so, I used them instead of the apples. Tonight my husband asked me to make one to take with him to work to share with the guys. WONDERFUL!!!! Now I can't wait to make it with the apples.

I made this recipe with my family this weekend, and we loved it. We like how the apple flavor really came through much more than it does in apple pies. Very easy and very yummy!!

This is one of our favorites! The whole family likes this one. It's so easy to make. Since we are now in "apple" season, I'm making several for the freezer....to enjoy this winter.

I added some vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat together for a minute before spreading on the bottom of the pie crust. I've also used plums and nectarines instead of apples, which are really good, too. I usually toss the fruit with some cinnamon and sugar before adding to the pie crust to bake. Very easy and looks pretty.

This is a tasty, quick dessert. I have made it twice already & will surely make it more times.

My family loves this recipe. I've made it twice and the second time I substituded a 16 oz. can of apple pie filling instead of fresh apples and it was even easier and delicious! I served with vanilla ice cream. It's just as good as traditional apple pie without all the fuss! Love this website and magazine.
