Sirloin Stir-Fry for Two

Sirloin Stir-Fry for Two recipe

“This was quick, easy and awesome!!!” Our sentiments exactly. The only thing our reader left out was “smart,” which it is, because it’s low-cal and low-fat, too.

Made this recipe tonight. I omitted the meat. And just made a vegetarian version. My fiance' and I really liked it. Will make again.

Very disappointed in this recipe. It was very bland & had hardly ny flavor. The only thing I liked about it was how quick it was to go from stove to table. As another reviewer said, I might marinate the beef in the dressing for a while, maybe that would help. I would try it again with that variation.

It seemed to be lacking in flavor quite a bit and we weren't impressed after taking our first few bites. So we added some soy sauce to it and that helped a ton! I think the dressing supplies a good base, but if I make it again I will definitely be adding to it.

I made this a few weeks ago & loved it so much I made it again the next day. It was so nice to make a stire-fry at home that wasn't just bland with either soy sauce/teryaki sace/stir fry sauce. The dressing really made this. Oh & i found the low fat version of the dressing...which I assumed didnt exist since this was under the "healthy" meals category and they don't mention to get the lower fat version. Making it this week with the healthier dressing!

I have made this several times, and it is wonderful! I altered the recipe a bit to suit my tastes. I use a little more dressing than the recipes calls for, and I also use fresh instead of frozen vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, snap peas, zucchini, and a little shredded cabbage). This is one of my favorite recipes!

THIS IS REALLY GOOD, I LIKE THAT YOU CAN TRY IT WITH DIFFERENT STIR-FRYS INSTEAD OF THE SAME ONE EVERY TIME.

I marinated the beef in the dressing first then stir fried in a small amount of olive oil. I threw in some sliced almonds at the last minute. It was delicious! I think it would be equally good with some thinly sliced boneless chicken breast too.
