What You Need

cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1-1/4

cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

cup frozen corn, thawed

large green pepper, cut into strips

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa, corn and peppers. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

It was great! My family likes spicy food so I added some diced jalepenos as well. Kids seemed to approve...even my picky eaters! Will make again soon...

I added about 1/3 regular bbq sauce to this and it was fabulous! Will totally make again!

I subbed the salsa for mild pico de gallo and it was so much better in my opinion!

this stuff is pretty good, I didn`t even make a side dish with it, and everyone loved it. It sure beats a boxed meal.

Tastes very good, however, I made mine a bit different, instead of Chicken...I made sweet sausage in a pan and cut it up in bite size pieces. It was a good combo, least my family thought so. I love this website, so many good recipes

This was very easy and very yummy! My whole family enjoyed it. I will definetly make this again! I added a small can of tomato sauce to make it a little more saucy, otherwise I didn't alter the recipe at all.
