What You Need

cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1-1/4

cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

cup frozen corn, thawed

large green pepper, cut into strips

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa, corn and peppers. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

My family loved this recipe! It was easy and tasted really good. I was a little skeptical while making it and putting salsa in the dish but it was very good and healthy too! My husband loves it!

I was a little nervous that it wouldn't have much flavor but it did. My husband and I really like spicy food so next time I'm going to make the chicken with taco seasoning first.

I made this, thinking it was going to be delicious - I was sadly mistaken. It was awful. The chicken was really bland. I would suggest preparing the chicken and veggies with fajita seasoning before adding it to the pasta.

We enjoyed this. I added red peppers, onion, garlic and a can of diced tomatoes because I didn't have enough salsa. The cheese on top brought it all together. Will make again.

OMG this was so easy to make. Only 10mins it is a very tasty dish!! Loved it!!! It's a good recipe to start for any new cooks (cooking for DUMMIES!!) LOL
