This recipe was very bland. I added Taco seasoning to the recipe. I also topped it with sour cream and crunched up tortilla chips. It got a little better but not much. The teenagers were not impressed with it.

very good recipe! I made it for my husband and myself, and it really makes a LOT, I think - many recipes for 4 can be eaten by the two of us, lol. I used a can of black beans instead of the green pepper (well, I might've used both, but I didn't have any peppers on hand - and I love black beans). It was delicious!

I made this becuase I wanted something good for you and easy; I definatley scored in both categories! Very easy and very tasty. I did do a stop light of peppers (red, yellow and green), but hubby and I loved it. Very good and very easy. Will definatley make again. Hubby says this is even in the "entertaining" category to be served for guests! (and he is super picky)

I made this for my boyfriend one Friday evening because it looked easy and we were in a rush to get somewhere. He absolutely loved it! I got a bit of a spicier salsa and it turned out fantastic with a little bit of a kick. I will definitely make it again, too easy and delicious!!

I tried this with whole wheat pasta. My husband and I didn't much care for it.

Even my picky eaters liked this one! I added an extra cup of cheddar cheese and mixed it into warm, multi grain rotini (instead of penne). I didn't cook the green peppers and the crunch was a great texture. I will plan on cooking this one again.

My family loved this meal! It was so easy, very quick, which we need, but looked impressive. This recipe is a keeper. I am going to try adding black beans (read on moonfrog8 rating) next time.

I loved this recipe. I didn't have green peppers, but I did have black beans. It was a definite hit with my hubby. I will definitely make this again.
