I added a few ingredients of my own (Philadelphia Cooking Creme Savory Garlic) once I began cooking the chicken and it was awesome! I will be cooking this quick and easy recipe again and again. It was great!

Excellent! I made this tonight (doubled recipe) and it was a hit, without a doubt. I have some fussy eaters but this was one dish I had NO complaints on :) (I did add 1/2 pk of spicy taco seasoning to the chicken while it was cooking, 8 oz of tomato sauce, 1 can of chili style tomatoes, and 1 onion.) Definitely on my rotation of quick, inexpensive meals. May try with hamburger instead of chicken next time. :)

I thought this recipe turned out wonderful. I used yellow peppers instead of green. I didn't use the corn because I was out but I garnished with green onions and I will def make this again.
